Its always amazes me, given the number of traffic deaths per year, that the media and the government does not do more to encourage safe driving. Look at the recent hullabaloo over gas canisters with 80 deaths over the entire country. Makes me wonder what the national death rate is from traffic accidents, 99% of which are totally prevebntable.</description>
