FM7 Resort Hotel first opens its door for its guests & standout as a new Airport Hotel in Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta International Airport area. Consisting of 246 rooms to accommodate both business and leisure travelers, especially those who travel by airplane through Jakarta International Airport. The new emerging hotel shortly renowned for its unique concept & strategic location, as well as its sincere hospitality & caring service. With its vision to expanding to greater room numbers & enormous facilities in totally 7 hectare potential landscape, FM7 Resort Hotel will transform the face of the Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta International Airport with its dynamic growth & development right at the “gate of Indonesia”.
Apart from wondering how else one would "travel through Jakarta International Airport" and that the four Customer Service operators were when I checked the home page, what is encouraging is the rather original feedback form in each room.

And there are quite a few who complied with the request.
